Layer was created by ITOS by converting the Indonesia Admin4 polygon layer to lines. The lines were created after all processing on the admin layer had been completed by ITOS.<\/SPAN><\/P> An 'AdminLevel' field is used to attribute the lines. The values used for this field are: (0,1,2,3,4,5,99). 99 represents coastline. 0 is international border, 1 is Admin1 border, 2 is Admin2 border, etc. Each line is attributed with the highest admin level that it can participate in.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
